Refund policy

We stand behind every bat we make and are committed to making it right if something isn't. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how our returns process works.

Returns Window

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original, unaltered packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Category-Specific Requirements

  • Apparel, Key Chains & Accessories — Must be in new condition with all original tags attached. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible.
  • Protective Gear — Must be new, unused, and include all original packaging.
  • Sale & Personalized Items — No returns or exchanges on clearance items or personalized products (e.g., engraved bats).

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable — if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't seen your refund yet, please work through these steps:

  1. Check your bank account — sometimes refunds take a few business days to appear.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary by issuer.
  3. If you've done both and still don't see your refund, reach out to us at info@juicedproducts.com.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the item.

If the order was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
