Warranty Policy

At Juiced Products, we stand behind the quality of every bat and product we make. We offer a 60-day warranty on all products from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

Bat Warranty

Our bat warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal playing conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Bats must have been used in accordance with their intended purpose to qualify for a warranty claim.

Other Products

The 60-day warranty for non-bat products, including apparel, accessories, and protective gear, covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Contact us within 60 days of purchase and follow the same claim procedure below.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Take clear photos of the product showing the defect or issue.
  2. Email the photos and your order number to info@juicedproducts.com.
  3. Include a brief description of the issue and how it occurred.
  4. Wait for claim review and approval before shipping anything back.

Proof of Purchase Required

All warranty claims must include a valid receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process your claim. Once we receive and review your claim, we will determine whether it qualifies for repair, replacement, or denial under this warranty.

How to Ship a Warranty Return

  1. Review the warranty terms above to confirm your item may qualify.
  2. Contact us at info@juicedproducts.com to request warranty review.
  3. If approved, complete the Return Authorization Form we provide by email.
  4. Ship your product, proof of purchase, and a copy of the Return Authorization Form by prepaid carrier to the address below.

Important: Warranty returns sent without prior approval or missing the Return Authorization Form may be delayed, denied, or returned.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or neglect
  • Products that have been altered, customized, repaired, or modified
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
  • Damage caused by improper storage, improper maintenance, or improper use
  • Products used outside their intended purpose
  • Products without valid proof of purchase

Limitations

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, at our discretion. Juiced Products is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. This warranty is void if the product has been used improperly or in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
