Juiced Products 60-Day Warranty Policy

At Juiced Products, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 60-day warranty on all our products, including bats and other items, from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

Bat Warranty
Our bat warranty is valid only for products used under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect. For a bat to qualify for a warranty claim, it must have been used in accordance with the product’s intended purpose.

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear picture of the bat showing the defect or issue.
  2. Email the picture along with your order number to orders@juicedproducts.com.
  3. Provide a brief description of the issue, and we will review your claim.

Requirement of Tender
As a condition of any warranty claim, the bat must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Without proof of purchase, we cannot process your warranty claim.

Once we receive your claim, we will inspect the product and determine whether it qualifies for a replacement or repair under warranty. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

How to Send Your Warrantied Product to Juiced Products

  1. Review the Terms and Conditions above.
  2. Complete the Return Authorization Form – will be provided via email.
  3. Return your products, along with proof of purchase and a copy of the Return Authorization Form*, by prepaid carrier to:

*Please note: Warranty returns missing an authorization form will experience delays in the replacement process.

Other Products
The 60-day warranty for non-bat products (such as apparel, accessories, or protective gear) covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you believe there is an issue with any other Juiced Products item, please contact us within 60 days of purchase and follow the same claim procedure outlined above.

Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.
  • Products that have been altered or modified.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at orders@juicedproducts.com with the required picture and details of the issue. We may ask for additional information or clarification to assess the claim.

Limitations
This warranty is limited to a replacement or repair of the product. Juiced Products is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, and this warranty is void if the product has been used improperly.
